Buying Checklist
Make unresolved choices visible before sending the request. A generic catalog label is not custom manufacturing approval.
Specify pieces and list required flywheel bolts, pilot bearings or alignment tools. Ask whether custom flywheel manufacturing includes finish machining, balance and ring-gear installation so fabrication work is not hidden inside a unit price.
Optional currency and per-piece or order-total budget inform tradeoffs among documentation support, material grade and price. An empty budget is valid; it does not authorize this service to invent a market discount.
Premium, mid-range, economy or undecided are buyer choices, not verified ratings. Preference does not mean the flywheel has been inspected against the buyer’s clutch assembly.
For custom flywheel manufacturing, attach or later send the crankshaft and clutch interface drawing, tooth count, diameter, inertia target and face flatness notes. Ask the supplier to mark every deviation. Sample approval is not batch consistency; later lots still need their own supplier declaration.
